杭州众能光电再获得世界先进水平的钙钛矿太阳能TUV效率认证

2020年6月9日，杭州众能光电科技有限公司的钙钛矿太阳能电池器件效率再创新高，解决一系列科学和工程问题，器件性能数据达到国际先进水平。本次在TV认证器件的详细参数如下：
→ Area: 46.20cm
→ Voc: 13.73V
→ Isc: 84.15mA
→ FF: 72.29%
→ PCE: 18.07%
相比众能光电前次Newport认证（面积20.77cm，PCE16.63%），本次认证在器件面积提升25.43cm（122%）同时，PCE同步提升1.44%（8.66%）。本次认证是众能光电坚定贯彻“器件+装备双轮驱动”战略的成果，2019年已经建成10kW级大面积钙钛矿太阳能器件中试平台，可快速进行工艺优化和迭代。2020年将进入100kW以上级小规模量产。
100*100的器件送检和发往世界各地
PS：众能光电100*100的器件目前已经具备批量对外销售的条件。

公司生产的钙钛矿太阳能器件2018年2月在美国Newport获得国际上首个稳态认证效率记录，器件采用反式光电器件结构，面积20.77cm2，稳态光电转换率达到16.63%。2020年6月公司在TV进行钙钛矿太阳能器件效率认证，器件面积46.2cm，稳态光电转换率18.07%。本次认证是众能光电坚定贯彻“器件+装备双轮驱动”战略的成果，公司已建成100-500kW（准MW）级大面积钙钛矿太阳能器件中试平台，可快速进行工艺优化和迭代。公司规划下一次提交认证的器件有效面积300-900cm2，PCE~20%，且光热湿稳定性符合IEC61215和IEC61646标准要求。
