客户有一批手链要出口,国外客户提供了测试方法,如下
Lacquer Test
The presence of conformal or aerosol-applied lacquer shall be verified by the following steps:
- While examining the sample under magnification, draw the sharp edge of a new scalpel across the surface with sufficient pressure to release the coating. Observe the “white” build-up on the scalpel edge. Pass the scalpel edge through a butane flame and observe the material melt. Discard the scalpel appropriately.
- Mark a circular area using indelible ink on area of the sample or samples an area of sufficient size to allow two DC contact probes to fit within the circle.
- Apply 9VDC continuity probes within the circle(s)。 Assure no conductivity. (Conductivity = Fail)
